Babbacombe Bay Bloomers have had a busy but enjoyable summer catching up on various outstanding jobs, watering planters, hedge cutting, strimming, weeding, working in the Millennium Copse, litter picking, planning future projects and not forgetting our video making efforts. The footpath along Babbacombe Downs Road was almost impassable for brambles and over hanging trees, a few hours were spent cutting back and clearing, making the pathway safer for pedestrians to use. The Bloom group have been keeping the Rose Garden in good order, it has looked particularly beautiful this year, the roses and lavender have been outstanding. A peaceful place to while away some quiet time.
