During our voluntary working days we carry our collection buckets for people to throw a few coins or notes in.  Either is very welcome.

To help raise more significant sums of money our Treasurer Jill Gillon writes to local traders and businesses annually asking for support with sponsorship or donations.

We were able to buy a rose arch and a dove cote for the Rose Garden with sponsorship money from Waitrose, through their Community Matters scheme, alas Waitrose has now closed their local store.

Fortunately we have found a new sponsor in Renaissance Homes, who have offered to buy new high vis waistcoats, assist us with funding and also practical help with our planting projects.

Aspire Direct Marketing very kindly offered to set up this web site for the Babbacombe Bay Bloomers group.  This is a generous offer and will help to promote the good works of our Voluntary Group.

Our plant sales at Babbacombe Fayre in June are always a favourite venue for residents and visitors alike.  We set out our stall early and always sell out before the day comes to a close and usually raise quite a goodly sum of money.  We are already busy growing and getting ready for June 2020.  It is also an opportunity for us to be seen participating and supporting local organisations and events.

We put out posters around the area on local notice boards and in shop windows asking for donations and practical support.
